These Terms of Service govern your use of the Prime Taxi Hub website and booking platform. By accessing our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before making a booking.
All bookings made through Prime Taxi Hub are subject to vehicle and driver availability. A booking is confirmed only upon receiving a confirmation SMS or email with a booking reference number. We reserve the right to decline or cancel a booking in the event of force majeure, safety concerns, or system errors, with a full refund issued promptly.
Users agree to provide accurate and complete information when booking. You are responsible for being ready at the pickup location at the agreed time. Passengers must behave respectfully towards drivers. Any damage caused to a vehicle by a passenger will be charged to the responsible party. Prime Taxi Hub reserves the right to suspend accounts found in violation of these responsibilities.
Fares are calculated based on distance, vehicle type, time of day, and applicable surcharges. The estimated fare displayed before booking is indicative; the final fare may vary due to route changes or waiting time. Payment is due upon ride completion for cash bookings, or pre-authorised at the time of booking for card and UPI payments.
Prime Taxi Hub acts as a platform connecting passengers with independent drivers. While we vet all drivers and maintain quality standards, we are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. We do not guarantee specific driver assignments and reserve the right to substitute vehicles of equivalent or superior category. Our liability is limited to the value of the booking in question.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email at least 14 days in advance.
