1. Who we are
Prime Taxi Hub arranges ground transport — airport transfers, intercity journeys and chauffeur services — in India and other countries, working with vetted local operators. In these terms, “we” means Prime Taxi Hub and “you” means the person making the booking.
2. Bookings and quotes
A quote becomes a booking only when we confirm it. Prices shown on this website are indicative and depend on the date, vehicle, route and the details you give us. The price we confirm is the price you pay, provided the journey is the one described.
3. Changes to the journey
Extra stops, a changed destination, additional passengers or waiting beyond the included period may be charged separately. We will tell you before any additional charge applies wherever it is possible to do so.
4. Cancellation
Cancellations made more than 12 hours before the scheduled pickup are free of charge. Within 12 hours, a cancellation fee may apply. If we cannot provide the service, you are not charged.
5. Waiting time
Airport pickups include a complimentary waiting period after landing. Other pickups include a shorter period from the booked time. Waiting beyond that may be charged at the applicable rate.
6. Your responsibilities
- Give accurate pickup details, contact number and flight number
- Be ready at the agreed time and place
- Do not carry anything unlawful in the vehicle
- Passengers are responsible for their own belongings
7. Delays and conditions beyond control
We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, strikes, acts of authority or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. Where a delay is caused by us, we will make it right.
8. Payment
Accepted payment methods vary by country and are confirmed when you book. Corporate accounts may be invoiced according to agreed terms.
9. Complaints
Write to info@primetaxihub.com with your booking reference. We investigate every complaint and reply.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version published here at the time of your booking is the one that applies to it.
