Choosing the right vehicle

Most journeys fit a saloon: four passengers, two large cases. The usual reason to go bigger is luggage rather than people — three adults with three suitcases each need an estate or an MPV, not a sedan with a full boot.

• Saloon / Sedan — up to 4 passengers, 2 large bags. The default for airport runs.
• Electric Vehicle — same capacity, quieter, no emissions. Ask when booking.
• Estate — 4 passengers with room for a third large case.
• MPV / Minivan — 6 passengers and 4 bags. Families and small groups.
• Luxury — executive travel, weddings and VIP transfers.
• 8 Passengers — larger groups travelling together rather than in two cars.

Child seats and accessibility

Child and booster seats are available on request in most locations — tell us the child’s age when booking so the right one is fitted before the car sets off. For wheelchair-accessible vehicles, contact us and we will confirm what is available at your pickup point.

Luggage

The bag counts above are for large suitcases. Cabin bags and backpacks usually ride alongside without needing a bigger vehicle. If you are carrying skis, golf clubs or a musical instrument, say so when you book — those decide the car more than the passenger count does.
